Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Michigan. The roles offer part-time schedules with potential to expand to full-time as caseloads grow, and a path to become an RBT with provided training.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision and participating in ongoing training and supervision. Strong communication with families is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; relevant Bachelor's a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and engage with families.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
