Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles on a part-time basis with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. The roles offer complimentary RBT training, flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a clear growth pathway to become an RBT under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
