Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Oklahoma. Part-time roles are available with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients, sit/stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based support to children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA and trained staff.
• Collect and record client data using PBS tracking tools to monitor progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
