Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in Blythewood, SC.

Part-time positions are available with growth to full-time as caseloads expand, offering training to become an RBT and potential student analyst tracks for BCBA aspirations. We provide flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, quarterly bonuses, and a full benefit offering for 30+ hour per week staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; a BA in Psychology/Education or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
