Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles in North Las Vegas. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under a BCBA, with training to become an RBT and opportunities for advancement as caseloads grow.

PBS offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and a clear growth pathway from BA to RBT, plus 40-hour RBT training and travel reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in related field is a plus.
• Experience or exposure to ABA therapy or childcare is desirable.
• Ability to travel locally and engage active with clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
