Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking motivated individuals to join as Entry Level Behavior Assistants or Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Roles are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, under supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
