Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is offering entry level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician roles in a flexible, growth-oriented environment.

Part-time positions may expand to full-time as caseloads grow, with daily responsibilities including direct ABA-based work with children under BCBA supervision. Rewards include complimentary RBT training, travel reimbursement, and a path to become an RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions; lift 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education a plus.
• Ability to move clients from sitting to standing unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend supervised sessions, team meetings and ongoing training.
