Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Washington state. Roles include part-time work with potential to become full-time as caseloads grow. Training to become RBT is provided; opportunities to advance to BCBA pathways exist within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Roles require local travel as needed, house a strong focus on evidence-based ABA methods, and integration with families and clinical teams for client success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; college degree in psychology or education is a plus.
• Experience or interest in ABA therapy, childcare, or related field is beneficial.
• Ability to engage with children during sessions and follow supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
