Job summary

PBS Corp. in Newton, MA is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand. You can enroll in complimentary RBT training and pursue a career path toward BCBA with supportive mentorship.

Roles involve 1:1 work with children with autism, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervision. Flexible scheduling and travel may be required depending on client locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher degrees a plus.
• Willing to travel locally and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage clients
• ABA therapy, childcare, or education experience a plus
• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
