Job summary

PBS is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in the Tinley Park area. Part‑time positions offer growth to full‑time as caseloads expand and include complimentary RBT training.

Roles involve working with children with autism under BCBA supervision, with opportunities for advancement within the organization. Benefits include flexible scheduling, annual raises, quarterly bonuses, holiday pay, and a comprehensive benefits package after 40+ hours

Qualifications

High school diploma required; BA in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field preferred.
Ability to sit on the floor and interact with clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
