Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Tinley Park, IL, is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth to full-time. You will work one-on-one with children with autism under a BCBA's supervision, implementing ABA-based plans and tracking progress.

The company offers flexible scheduling, paid training to become an RBT, travel reimbursement where applicable, and benefits at higher hours. Prior ABA or childcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
