Qualifications

• Ability to engage and support children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Willingness to travel locally and reliable transportation.
• Entry-level to early-career interest in becoming a BCBA or RBT pathway.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
