Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in the Spanaway, WA area. Part-time roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with supportive training and mentoring.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field preferred.
• Ability to work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
