Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) in New Jersey is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Roles offer mentoring, a path to RBT certification, and growth opportunities in ABA services for children with autism.

Positions include flexible scheduling, travel opportunities, and benefits for those working 30+ hours weekly. Training is provided, and advancement to BCBA is possible with a structured growth pathway.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and actively engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
