Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Massachusetts. Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
