Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for entry-level Behavior Assistants in Augusta, Georgia. Part-time positions offer the chance to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies and assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions.
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data using PBS tracking tools.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
