Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in Florida. Part-time positions with potential to move to full-time as caseloads expand; ideal for those starting in ABA and pursuing RBT certification.

As a Behavior Assistant or RBT, you work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, learn to collect data, implement plans, and grow through complimentary RBT training and career pathways.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field preferred.
• Subject to local/state licensure, credentialing, and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
