Job summary

PBS in Louisiana is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth opportunities as caseloads expand. Training to become an RBT is offered, along with mentoring and advancement toward BCBA goals and a supportive, flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred in related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education or related experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
