Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking both entry‑level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part‑time roles in Louisiana.

The company offers complimentary RBT training and a clear growth path to full‑time as caseloads expand, with a supportive, flexible, growth‑oriented environment. Roles include 1:1 work with children with autism under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized plans, and data collection to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; BA in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
