Job summary

Autism Learning Partners (ALP) is seeking BCBA clinicians in California to supervise therapists and ensure fidelity of treatment plans. You will conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide training to families.

This clinician-led organization offers flexibility, support, and autonomy to focus on clients and their families. Competitive salary ($82,000–$100,000) with a potential annual bonus up to $21,600, and a semi-remote setup for CA residents within travel distance to Palmdale.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Criminal background check and TB test required.
• Pre-employment physical exam and immunities to MMR/VZV required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
• Meets ALP’s standards and funding source required best practices related to client facing care and parent consultation

What We’re Looking For

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Please note that this position is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for
