Autism Learning Partners (ALP) is a clinician-led organization in Virginia seeking a BCBA to supervise technicians, design ABA programs, and provide parent education. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, collaboration, and adherence to BACB guidelines.

We offer a hybrid schedule with work-from-home options for non-billable hours, a balanced caseload, and a competitive compensation package including a potential bonus. Growth opportunities from BCBA to Clinical Director are available.

Formación

• BCBA certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Active LBA Certification in the state of Virginia as issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine
• Please note that this position is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, which we will pay for
