Job summary

Little Moments Behavioral Health in NW Oregon is seeking a licensed BCBA for hybrid, part-time work providing supervision and direct behavioral therapy to clients.

Responsibilities include travel between client sites, collaborating with families and the clinical team, and maintaining safety training and ethical practice throughout onboarding and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

Little Moments Behavioral Health is a private BCBA, Autistic led practive that values individualized, comprehensive care for each family. We are building a culture where clinical quality, ethical practice, collaboration, and sustainable caseloads come first.

We are currently hiring hybirid, part-time BCBAs in NW Oregon.

• We focus on developing small caseloads with 10%-20% supervision as our standard.
• We consider many factors to create balanced caselaods such as authorization renewal times, client schedules, scope of work, and more.

Dedication to Safety

• Safety Care for All:Every clinician from our BTs to BCBA receives safety-care training during onboarding and quarterly refreshers, regardless of case assignment. We do not wait until a case needs it.
• BLS:We have a private Red Cross instructor to provide initial or renewal certificates at no charge to the team.
• Intentional Transitions: We believe in thoughtful case transitions with case open meetings with the family and clinical team before any BT is assigned to a case, regardless of funding.

Hybrid Services

• We aim for at least 50% of all supervision to be in person for hybrid team members.
• We believe in person supervision usually fosters the best care for clients, but also acknowledge that telehealth makes services more accessible and consistent.

Practice Hours of Operation

• We provide services from 9am-6pm Monday-Friday.
• Sessions are only scheduled on weekends if clinically appropriate and appropriate support is available for make up sessions.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Transportation: Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites.
• Physical Ability: This job requires extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and participate in physical and play-based therapies.
