Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral health conditions.
• Provide direct patient care using evidence‑based behavioral therapy techniques.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor progress toward treatment goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including special education teachers, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the presence and severity of behavioral health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment results.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications
