Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST) / LEARN Behavioral in Chandler, AZ is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for part-time and full-time roles. Join a network delivering evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism, with a focus on assent-based treatment and family partnership.

You will provide supervision, mentoring, and clinical oversight, working with experienced teams and diverse specialty groups.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for BCBA exam soon.
  • Minimum two years’ experience with children with autism.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
  • Mentor and support behavior technicians through competency-based training.
  • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
  • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
  • Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
  • Ensure client safety and maintain program directions from leadership.
  • Analyze data and guide data-based decisions for program directions.
  • Deliver individualized, person-centered care with assent-based principles.

AST is hiring a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join them in providing high-quality, evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism. Our clinicians are committed to delivering individualized, person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatment. What You Have
  • Master’s degree or higher
  • BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
  • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal)

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients

  • Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely
  • Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatment
