Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Clinicians partner with parents and caregivers to deliver person-centered care grounded in assent-based treatment.

With LEARN Behavioral, AST supports BCBAs through leadership, collaboration, and extensive opportunities for professional growth, including CEUs, development stipends, and multidisciplinary teams across 18 states.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher and BCBA certification or eligibility within 3 months.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal).

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
  • Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training.
  • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
  • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
  • Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
  • Ensure client safety and maintain top priority for each case.
  • Consult with clients and provide ongoing program direction and maintenance.
  • Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
  • Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
  • Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
  • Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.

What You Have
  • Master’s degree or higher
  • BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
  • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal)
