Job summary

Servco Leeward is seeking Beginner Technicians to service and repair Hawaii's top selling vehicles, with factory training provided. Responsibilities include diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Servco vehicles, documenting notes, and advising customers about areas of concern.

The role requires an AS degree in Auto Tech or equivalent, a valid driver's license, ability to work 4/10 schedule Mon Tue Fri Sat 7:00am–5:30pm, and ASE certification within 18 months.

Qualifications

• AS degree in Auto Technology or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
• Must possess basic automotive repair tools.
• Willing to complete ASE certification within 18 months.
• 4/10 work schedule: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat 7:00am–5:30pm.
• Toyota and Chevy repair experience and Dealertrack experience preferred.

At Servco Leeward, we provide top notch service to our customers. Our Beginner Technicians will service and repair Hawaii's top selling vehicles, including and performing a variety of bumper to bumper service/repair jobs and receive factory training.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately diagnose, service, and repair Servco vehicles
• Document notes and recommendations on the repair order
• Inspect vehicles and advise Service Consultant of any areas of concern so customers are informed
• Ensure work is completed accurately and done safely
• Maintain and exceed minimum shop production standards
• Attend all required factory training and obtain all required certifications

Requirements:

• Associate of Science Degree in Auto Technology or equivalent work experience
• Valid driver's license and strong driving record
• Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission for a variety of vehicle sizes
• Must own a basic set of automotive repair tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to secure at least one ASE certification within 18 months of being hired
• Must be able to work a 4/10 (4 days per week, 10 hours per day) work schedule; Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00am - 5:30pm
• Toyota and Chevy repair experience and Dealertrack experience preferred

Our Technicians are paid a competitive hourly wage and production incentive. They are also compensated for their ASE certifications and receive factory training in our climate controlled Hawaii training facility.
