Job summary

Servco Pacific Inc. is seeking Beginner Forklift Technicians to service and repair Toyota and Raymond forklifts on customer sites and in-shop in Hawaii. You will diagnose, repair, document, and communicate repair findings while maintaining safety and production standards.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm. Must have an AS degree or equivalent auto tech experience, valid license, and tools. DealerTrack experience is a plus. Pay is competitive hourly with incentive potential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent auto tech experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to safely operate multiple vehicle types.
• Tools for automotive repair must be owned.
• State license and safety inspections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair forklifts on customer sites and in-shop.
• Document notes and recommendations on the repair order.
• Inspect forklifts and inform Service Consultant of concerns.
• Ensure work is safe, accurate, and within production standards.
• Attend factory training and obtain required certifications.

Our Beginner Forklift Technicians will service and repair Toyota and Raymond brand forklifts on customer sites and in-shop. Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose, service, and repair forklifts
• Document notes and recommendations on the repair order
• Inspect forklift and advise Service Consultant of any areas of concern so customers are informed
• Ensure work is completed accurately and done safely
• Maintain and exceed minimum shop production standards
• Attend all required factory training and obtain all required certifications

Requirements

• Associate of Science Degree in Auto Technology or equivalent work experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission for a variety of vehicle sizes
• Forklift repair work experience preferred
• Must own basic set of automotive repair tools
• Strong attention to detail
• State Mechanic’s License and Safety Inspection License preferred
• Experience with DealerTrack preferred
• Analytical with strong problem solving, communication, and customer relation skills
• Excellent diagnostic skills
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
