Job summary

Hopebridge in Litchfield Park, AZ, is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to help children with autism develop essential skills and school readiness in a caring clinical setting.

You’ll work under BCBA supervision, earn on-the-job RBT certification with support, and enjoy a weekday schedule, paid training, great benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within Hopebridge’s developmental programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate victories, help kids and families celebrate milestones.
