Job summary

Hopebridge in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Behavioral Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement therapy plans and track progress in a caring clinical setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan.
• Work with children to promote functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate milestones and support families throughout the process.
