Job summary

Hopebridge in Collierville, TN is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to help children with autism develop essential skills and communication. You will work under BCBA supervision, monitor progress, and contribute to a supportive, team-centered environment.

The role emphasizes a Monday–Friday schedule, professional development, and opportunities to advance within an expanding clinical program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition and school readiness.
• Learn from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation.
• Complete daily progress notes on the intervention plan.
• Support children to develop functional communication and peer interactions.
• Celebrate milestones and support families throughout the program.
