Requirements

• 1. Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood, Elementary Education
• 2. Bachelor's Degree in a non-related field plus one of the following: Four years of experience in early childhood education or elementary education; or Child Development Associate Credential (CDA); or Nine college hours of credit in child/youth development
• 3. Associate's Degree in Early Childhood, Child or Youth Development or a related field, plus six years of experience in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education
• 4. An individual who has been previously employed in the positon of Director preferred
