We are hiring for multiple positions for our Before and After School Programs for the 2024-25 school year in Collingswood and Mount Holley, NJ.

JOB STATUS: Part-time, non-exempt

POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Substitutes, Group Teachers, Supervisors, Directors

PAY: $15.49 - $21.00 per hour (based on role, qualifications, and experience)

The Before and After-School Program team is responsible for:

  1. Facilitating hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum which includes fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and other group activities as well as homework completion.
  2. Providing a safe, healthy, and fun environment and acting as a positive role model for children in the program.
  3. Communicating daily with parents and family members via the Playground App.
  4. Observing state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.
  5. Certain positions may also perform management functions such as accurate attendance records, registration, and staffing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Associate's degree in Child Development, Child Development Certificate
  2. OR Six college credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development and Nine college credits in Education, Psychology, Health Care, Nursing, or any other field related to child growth or development
