Job summary

Stratford School Milpitas, part of Spring Education Group, seeks a part-time Before and After School Teacher to supervise middle and high school students and ensure a safe, supportive learning environment. Morning and after-school shifts run from 7:20am to 8:30am and 3:00pm to 6:00pm.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED; prior experience with children is preferred. The role emphasizes collaboration with staff and light classroom upkeep at the Milpitas campus.

About the Role: The Before and After School Teacher is a vital part of our school community, carrying out many of the duties necessary for the day-to-day operations of the campus. This position will supervise middle and high school students in indoor and outdoor settings. Crucially, this role will be responsible for maintaining a safe learning environment for our energetic and motivated students.

What We Offer

• Pay range: $19.00-$23.75
• Shift Hours: Morning 7:20am to 8:30am and After School 3-6pm
• Part-time candidates may choose the shifts that work for them.

• Ensure student safety and well-being by maintaining active supervision by sight and sound at all times

What We Are Looking For
