AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is hiring a Site Director (Part-Time) for the Revere, MA area. The role oversees after-school programs, leads a team of Guides, and collaborates with the Leadership Team to run all aspects of the program site.

You'll train Guides to lead adventurous activities in fitness, arts, and technology, while cultivating a caring, family-oriented environment for staff, students, families, and school partners.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 1 year of experience in a licensed facility.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Must pass a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
• Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides delivering activities to student Explorers in fitness, arts, technology, and more.
• Collaborate with peers and Leadership Team to manage all program site operations.
• Train Guides on leading adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.
• Encourage clubs that build on students' interests and talents to foster curiosity.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at the site.

Before and After School Program Site Director

Revere, MA

Location: Revere MA Area

Schedule: 6:45-9:00 am and 2:00-6:00 pm

Monday through Friday

Pay & Benefits:

• $24.00/hour
• Part-time benefits including health and paid time off

As an AlphaBEST Captain, you'll be trained to do the following:

• Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
