Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Brookvale Elementary and Forest Park, is looking for a Group Leader to guide TK-5 students in before- and after-school programs. Pay is $22.00 per hour with a $300 hiring bonus, Monday–Friday, 7 am–6 pm, no weekends, and two shifts offered.

You will lead activities across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker and Arts, while keeping safety as the top priority and maintaining an organized space. Build strong relations with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher or 48 college credits or paraeducator exam are accepted.
• Demonstrated commitment to child safety and welfare.
• Ability to lead activities in a structured, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
• Prioritize child safety and follow procedures at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized to support learning.
• Foster an inclusive environment and build relationships with families and staff.
• Collaborate with teammates to support students’ growth.

You Will Need One Of The Following To Apply

• Associate's Degree or higher
