The Goddard School of Edgewater, MD is currently seeking Preschool Teacher for our before/after school program. You will nurture children, guide their social and emotional development, and create a kind learning environment. The role requires patience, reliability, and a passion for early childhood education.

The Goddard School in Edgewater, MD is currently hiring two Before and After School Program Educators.

Our ideal teachers will love and nurture our children while helping to build a foundation for early childhood development. A passion for creating an environment of kindness and character development is a must!

Preschool Teacher Requirements

• Kindness and strong character

• CDA or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (not required, but preferred)
• 90 Hour Preschool Certificate Preferred. School is willing to provide tuition assistance, if not currently certified.
• EEC Certification preferred (will work with you to get certified)
• Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00AM – 6:00PM

Preschool Teacher Responsibilities

  Job Type: Full-time

  Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
