Job summary

Cedar Springs Public Schools is seeking a part-time Campus Kids Child Care Aide in Cedar Springs, Michigan. The role supports before/after school programs with morning and afternoon shifts, aligned to school calendars.

Starting immediately, positions may range 3–5 days per week depending on schedules, with responsibilities that include supervision of children and coordination with staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High School Junior/Senior or Graduate.
• Previous experience working with children preferred.
• Knowledge of development stages of 4 - 12 year olds.
• Ability to work cooperatively with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to communicate well at various levels with students, parents, and staff.
• Evidence of a positive attitude and human relation skills.
• Evidence of high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity in personal and professional matters.
• High level of flexibility.
• Must clear criminal background checks/child abuse & neglect.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR required.
• Must have TB test and health form completed.
