Job summary

Flatstick Pub - Kirkland in Kirkland, WA seeks a Beertender to support daily pub operations and guest experiences. You will manage bar duties, assist with events, stock items, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.

The role pays $17.13 per hour plus tips, with benefits such as health, dental & vision insurance (when eligible), PTO, employee discounts, and advancement opportunities. This is an on-site, non-exempt position.

Responsibilities

• Onsite contact for parties, customer or staff issues, vendors, etc. when managers are not present
• Receive deliveries, verify invoices, organize kegs and other items at time of delivery
• Assist GM in maintaining cleanliness of pub and that check lists are being completed
• Conduct staff safety meetings and ensure APP is current along with other required safety signage
• Help with the ordering of supplies, non-alcoholic beverages and merchandise
• Assist in the execution of weekly events - Putters, Bingo, etc
• Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and positive attitude
• Provide consistent positive and approachable customer service
• Restock bar and golf items
• Bus and clean tables
• Stock inventory and ice when needed
• Help run tee times for mini golf
• Replace empty beer kegs in the beer cooler
• Responsible for daily tasks and side work
• Employees are occasionally asked to help lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds
• Demonstrating boldness, empathy and trust every day
• Maintain a friendly, welcoming, positive attitude
• Representing Flatstick at outside events
• Seeking out opportunities for continuing to expand our brand

Flatstick Pub - Kirkland is looking to hire a Beertender to help with its day-to-day operations and perform the duties listed below:

Specific Duties & Responsibilities as Beertender

About Flatstick:

There are only two rules at Flatstick Pub: drink local and have fun. We’re mixing up the scene by combining local beers with an indoor 9-hole mini golf course and other fun games. Our 30+ rotating taps feature local beers, ciders, and wines.

Work Environment:

This in-person position is located at the Kirkland location (15 Lake St Suite 100, Kirkland, WA 98033). Hours per week vary based upon the following: tenure, events, time of year, manager discretion.
