Responsibilities

• Adheres to quality control and food safety standards by stocking and rotating alcohol.
• Prepares, pours, and serves beer and wine by guidelines and protocols.
• Maintains knowledge of beer and wine offerings and potential pairings.
• Maintains product displays and bar cleanliness.
• Serves prepared food while following food safety guidelines.
• Promotes product sales through suggestive selling.
• Stacks pallets and sorts products according to efficiency standards.
• Maintains a clean, safe working and shopping environment.
• Provides friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude to guests.
