Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to quality control and food safety standards by stocking and rotating alcohol.
• Prepares, pours, and serves alcoholic beverages, such as wine and beer following guidelines and TABC protocol.
• Maintains intermediate knowledge on beer and wine offerings and potential food pairings.
• Maintains bar cleanliness and product displays according to Company standards.
• Greet customers and provide friendly, customer-service oriented assistance.
