Desired qualifications and responsibilities:

• Previous comparable experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Maintain professionalism, positivity, and promote the company positively.
• Respond courteously to customer inquiries and requests.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including shrink guidelines.
• Assist in stocking, merchandising, and promotional activities, including upselling and conducting wine tastings and demos.
• Communicate with vendors to manage inventory.
• Read shelf and merchandise codes, attach price labels, and build sales displays.
• Operate equipment such as manual pallet-jacks, powered pallet stackers, and balers (if over 18).
• Perform general store maintenance tasks, including cleaning, trash removal, and light bulb changes.
• Assist in inventory preparation and other essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
