Harris Teeter in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Beer/Wine Department Associate to assist customers with selections, stock shelves, and maintain department standards. You will serve customers, manage inventory, and help with unloading deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Training is provided; knowledge of wines and state laws is preferred. This role emphasizes courteous service, accuracy at the register, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate interaction with customers on the sales floor and assist in beer and wine selection.
• Operate cash register and provide customer service in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Work backstock on a regular basis and keep the department organized and stocked.
• Maintain overall department conditions to meet Harris Teeter Wine Cellars standards and inventory accuracy.
• Unload product from truck and place in proper storage area according to Receiving and Rotation standards.
