Job summary

A Head For Profits (AHFP) is hiring a Draft Beer Quality Technician to ensure the highest quality draft beer at local bars and restaurants. You will visit customer locations to clean and optimize draft systems, while building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders.

No previous experience is required as AHFP provides training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, with a clear growth path in the beer industry.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and be physically capable.
• Hands-on learner who can pick up procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations to maintain and ensure quality draft beer systems.
• Build relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders.
• Operate training provided on draft beer system maintenance and troubleshooting.

Job Summary:

As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for ensuring local bars/restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will be visiting customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and serving great beer as well as building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders.

No previous experience is required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Salary:

• $18.00/hr + growth opportunities and overtime hours
• Qualifying DQTs will also receive a flat bonus of $160 per cycle upon meeting all eligibility requirements for the completion of assigned routes and/or duties each bi-weekly line cleaning cycle.

Hours:

• Full-time position with work scheduled Monday-Friday from 7:00 am-4:30 pm. (no nights, early mornings, or weekends but regular overtime opportunities are available)

Transportation:

• Company vehicle with gas, maintenance, and insurance.
