Job summary

A Head for Profits is seeking a Draft Beer Quality Technician to ensure local bars serve the highest quality draft beer. You will visit customer locations to keep draft systems clean and beer tasting great while building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders.

No prior experience is required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This is a full-time, on-site role with a company vehicle and schedule Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Hands-on/quick learner.

Job Summary

As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for ensuring local bars/restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will be visiting customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and serving great beer as well as building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders.

No previous experience is required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Salary

• $22.00/hr + growth opportunities and overtime hours
• Qualifying DQTs will also receive a flat bonus of $160 per cycle upon meeting all eligibility requirements for the completion of assigned routes and/or duties each bi-weekly line cleaning cycle.

Hours

• Full-time position with work scheduled Monday-Friday from 7:00 am-4:30 pm. (no nights, early mornings, or weekends but regular overtime opportunities are available)

Transportation

• Company vehicle with gas, maintenance, and insurance.

Salary: $22.00 per hour
