Job summary

A Head for Profits seeks a Draft Beer Quality Technician to ensure top-quality draft beer at local bars and restaurants. You will visit client sites to clean systems and serve great beer, while building strong relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders.

No previous experience is required as training on draft beer systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting is provided. The role is a full-time, on-site position with daytime hours and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Hands-on learner who adapts quickly.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations to keep draft beer systems clean and ensure high-quality pints.
• Build relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders at bars/restaurants.
• Maintain regular communication and on-site checks to ensure service quality.

Job Summary

As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for ensuring local bars/restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will be visiting customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and serving great beer as well as building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders. No previous experience is required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid drivers license
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Hands-on/quick learner

Salary

• $18.00/hr + growth opportunities and overtime hours

Hours

• Full-time position with work scheduled Monday-Friday from 7:00 am-4:30 pm. (no nights, early mornings, or weekends but regular overtime opportunities are available)

• Company vehicle with gas, maintenance, and insurance.
