Job summary

A Head for Profits is seeking a Draft Beer Quality Technician to ensure bars/restaurants serve top-quality pints. You will visit customer locations to maintain draft systems, clean lines, and serve great beer while developing strong relationships with managers, owners, and staff.

No prior experience is required as we provide thorough training on system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, with a clear path for growth within the beer industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Hands-on/quick learner with good adaptability.
• Willingness to participate in training on draft beer systems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders to ensure service standards.

Job Summary

As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for ensuring local bars/restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will be visiting customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and serving great beer as well as building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders.

No previous experience is required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Salary

• $22.00/hr + growth opportunities and overtime hours
• Qualifying DQTs will also receive a flat bonus of $160 per cycle upon meeting all eligibility requirements for the completion of assigned routes and/or duties each bi-weekly line cleaning cycle.

Hours

• Full-time position with work scheduled Monday-Friday from 7:00 am-4:30 pm. (no nights, early mornings, or weekends but regular overtime opportunities are available)

Transportation

• Company vehicle with gas, maintenance, and insurance.

Salary: $22.00 per hour
