Job Title: Restaurant Manager at 3 Rivers Beer LLC

3 Rivers Beer LLC is seeking a self-starting and entrepreneurial leader to manage its restaurant located at 104 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15210. This role is fast-paced and demanding, requiring drive, grit, positivity, and enthusiasm. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, handle inventory and ordering, advise on promotional opportunities, and ensure the product offerings meet customer expectations. The success of the restaurant depends on your ability to lead effectively and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management and leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a fast-paced environment managing a blended workforce of W2 and 1099 employees.
• Experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, military, restaurant, or similar fields.
• Experience working in a restaurant or store that sells alcohol is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and team development skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and lead change initiatives.
• Proven track record of improving processes and efficiencies.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules.
