Job summary

Silver Eagle Distributors Houston, LLC is seeking Merchandisers to restock and arrange displays in grocery accounts, manage POS placements, and ensure compliance with TAB C guidelines. The role involves daily travel within service territories and building retailer relationships.

Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be willing to work weekends and holidays. A Texas driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required to transport products and display materials.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of general work experience preferred, prior grocery/beverage knowledge is a plus.
• Military experience may substitute for some requirements.

Responsibilities

• Restock coolers, shelves and displays in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products according to Code Date Policies.
• Assist and build displays with POS per company policy to meet retailer needs and maximize sales.
• Ensure POS communicates correct package and price to consumers.
• Communicate daily objectives with Supervisors and team members.
• Work hours vary daily to meet business needs.
