Responsibilities include:

• Educating guests on product attributes and providing guidance based on their needs and preferences.
• Maintaining proper display and signage for marketing materials and tools.
• Ensuring the sanitation and appearance of the Beer Den/Wine section.
• Collaborating with category managers and suppliers on pricing and product selection.
• Training other clerks and ensuring accurate information is available.
• Conducting tastings, in-store demos, and promotions.
• Following all laws related to the sale and sampling of beer and wine.
• Washing, preparing, and filling growlers according to standards.
• Monitoring inventory of supplies and ordering as needed.
• Announcing specials and sales over the PA system.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of beer and wine products.
• Understanding of ALE laws regarding sale and purchase.
• Strong sales, communication, and guest service skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, and guideline-compliant.
• Ability to work well with others and follow directions.
