Coastal Beverage Company, Inc. is seeking a Retail Merchandiser in Eastern North Carolina. You will stock and merchandise beverage products in customer accounts, maintain displays, and provide excellent customer service during field visits.

The role requires a professional appearance, reliable time management, and ability to work independently in a field-based environment with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and mileage reimbursement for using your personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Possess education equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

• Ability to solve practical problems in variable conditions with limited standardization.
• Drive, valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company standards.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise beverage products in customer accounts to Coastal Beverage Company standards.
• Maintain clean, current displays and POS materials; ensure shelves are fully stocked.
• Field-based role requiring presence in customer accounts during standard business hours.
• Support merchandising operations and service customer accounts; perform other duties as assigned.

As a RETAIL MERCHANDISER, you will be responsible for safely stocking and maintaining our beverage products in our customer accounts. Professional appearance, excellent time management, and outstanding customer service skills required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the sales and delivery departments by servicing and merchandising retail accounts in the best professional manner possible. Responsible for stocking and merchandising various products ensuring that all beverage sections, racks, and displays are completely filled, POS neat, clean and current and displays maintained according to Coastal Beverage Company's standards.

This is a field-based role requiring consistent presence in customer accounts throughout the day during designated standard business hours to ensure customer satisfaction.

Possess the ability to maintain regular and punctual in-person attendance to support merchandising operations and service customer accounts.

All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

2.Possess education equivalent to a high school diploma.

3.Possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.

4.Possess the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

5.Possess basic mathematical skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, use whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Possess the ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.

6.Possess ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

7.Possess computer skills requiring knowledge e-mail software, and Internet.

8.Possess ability to drive, valid driver’s license, and a driving record compliant with company standards.
